Quarter wins an ovation

Ovation Quarter, a project from Australia YMCI featuring more than 3,000 apartments and various retail and commercial spaces, will play an integral role in the transformation of the iconic neighbourhood, Sydney Olympic Park. The area and its surrounding are undergoing significant urban regeneration growth and investment as a priority precinct for the NSW government.

Designed by Australian architect Kann Finch, with interiors by Urbanite and landscaping by Environmental Partnership, Ovation Quarter draws upon its surroundings to deliver an efficient and well-appointed living solution. Emerald is the first stage of this magnificent project, comprising 170 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences.
