Ovation Quarter receives development approval for first 421 apartments

Media Release (8 November 2017): Ovation Quarter by Australia YMCI (AYMCI), Sydney’s largest residential development on the doorstep of Sydney Olympic Park, has received development approval for the first three towers in the new community.
The three towers will provide 421 new, affordable luxury apartments and six neighbourhood shops, making up half of the first stage of apartments at Ovation Quarter.
AYMCI spokesperson, Ary Bornoush said, “It is an exciting milestone for the team at AYMCI to receive the Development Approval (DA) for the first stage of apartments at Ovation Quarter. With demolition at the site underway we look forward to the community and project taking shape.”
